was established in 2003 by Nigel Hartley. Nigel Hartley studied architecture at Liverpool University graduating in 1982. After 5 years in practice, he then studied town planning. He is corporate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Royal Town Planning Institute.

He was elected to the council of the RTPI for 2 years in 2001-2002 and served on the institute’s policy committee. He is a member of the London Branch Executive of the RTPI. He was an associate director of Broadway Malayan Planning until he left to set up .
